Hand-Building Workshop with Tyla

Create one personalised cup/mug/bowl with guidance from our pottery tutor Tyla.
Each workshop includes 2 sessions. After creating your piece in the first session, you’ll return one week later to decorate and glaze it before final firing.
No previous pottery experience required.

Develop your hand-building skills over 6 weeks with pottery tutor Tyla.
Learn a range of techniques including pinch pots, coiling, slab building, carving and glazing, while creating your own ceramic pieces throughout the course.
At the end of the course, students will have the opportunity to showcase their finished work in the SORA Arts Centre Gallery as part of a group exhibition.
Perfect for beginners and those looking to build confidence working with clay. No previous pottery experience required.
